Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed and shipped as fast as humanly possible from the date/time they were placed. If an order is placed before 10am EST, in most cases it will be processed and shipped out on the same day. During very busy seasons and major launches, the shipment can take up to 7 days. We'll do everything we possibly can to get your shoes to you and if you have any questions, we're happy to answer all of the above when you email email@example.com
We offer free local pick up for our Atlanta Customers. For those who can’t find the time for a pick up or live outside the city, we have a number of shipping options to get you your shoes in the most convenient way possible. Here are our options:

USPS® Priority Mail® (1 to 3 days) — $7.39
USPS® Retail Ground™ (2 to 8 days) — $10.15
UPS Ground (1 to 5 days) — $11.40

UPS 3 Day Select® — $24.28
Returns & Exchanges
We’ll exchange or refund any product that you are not satisfied with, as long as it has not been worn or damaged. You have 21 days to return or exchange the product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any inquiries. We will provide you with a shipping label you may use to send back your order. Upon processing your return, we will then issue your requested return/exchange.
Products that have been worn, used, or damaged will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on International purchases. All sales are final.
